The core objective of this course is to introduce students to the managerial system governing business in BRICS countries, in an approach legal business, cultural and socio-economic oriented and to provide them with the ability to analyze managerial issues related to business in BRIC countries. The rise of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) has created a different world order, much more complex and dynamic. Actually, the wealthy of the worlds economy over the next decades depends on what will happen in these countries in the near future, which in turn will foster global political and socio-economic changes. Thus, this course will enable students to decide whether and when doing business with BRICS countries is worth while and what are the characteristics, opportunities and risks that are expected in this region. Besides, this course provides students with social, cultural and political background, along with the legal factors of business in BRICS countries. In order to develop students strategic thinking through an overview of principles of law strategies in BRIC countries, the following issues are examined during this course: - general overview of legal, cultural and socio-economic business in BRICS; - general understanding of strategic thinking of principles of business law strategies in BRICS; knowledge of special issues in BRICS, such as creating a company in BRICS, international legal strategies to enter into these countries etc.
